can i shift job in 7th year of H1B with approved I-140

Hi,

here is my case. Completing 6 years on H1 by end of this month 12/2009 and already got 3 year H1 extension(valid till 2012) in 11/2009 based on my I-140 approval(I-140 was approved in 2008) with company A.

1. Can i change the job now from company A to company B based my I-140 approval plus 3 years H1 extension approval from company A?

2. what would be the process/docs to change the job at this stage in terms of H1 process? Is it just H1 transfer from existing comapny A to company B or something else? I have my labor and I-140 approval copies with me.

3. when should the new company B have to start the new Labor process again ? is there any time limit after H1 transfer?

It will be like normal H1 to H1

No limit. They can start once new h1 got approved
