HELP PLZ (i140)
hi i really dnt know any thing about the i140 and stuff.My parents have filed a i140 back in 05 i believe but the i i40 statues changed to Administrative Appeals Office for review. I dont understand its past the the proccessing date but no luck of change. 
This is wat it say:
On March 23, 2009, we sent this case to the Administrative Appeals Office for review. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.
Can you guys please help me out!
