Hi,
I am just sharing one of my thought.
I got approved my EB3 labour and 140 and my PD is Dec 2007 and waiting for date to become current ... I know, there is a long way to go ...
But, isn't just injustise that there are many people got a chance to use EADs without there dates are current and we are waiting for the dates. They should have allowed everyone to apply step by step and issue the GC based on the PD. Why they hung us like this?, if they allow we become independent of employer ... is it not that to think all of us?...
