L1 to GC- Self petition

Hi,

I am currently a L1 visa holder and was interested in finding out about how to apply for GC-

1. What is the expected time it may take for GC to be approved?

2. what ate the pros and cons of filing under the 3 diff categories?

3. If my employer decides to sponsor my GC will it interfere with my self application process?

How are you planning to file yourself?

Not sure wheher it is L1A or B? The visa just says LI but it was filed under blanket petition by my firm.

I am trying to figure out what is the best option in terms of filing by myself.

I have yet to speak to my employer whether they are willing to sponsor a GC for me..thanks
