How long for I140 approval

How long it will take to for I 140 approval.
Today, my laod got approved. My H1b,(i94) will get expired in Oct 2010. I am elgible to apply for I140 premium and also can i apply for i 485 also along with I140. mine is Eb2 case.

Now a days, if you are lucky then it will take 2 weeks to 2 months. And in premium, you will be surely getting within 2 weeks.
