    Receipt notice not received

    It has been almost 2 months since I didn't receive the receipt notice. My lawyer is saying that sometimes there is a delay. Anybody in the same situation?

    EB3 filed regular, concurrently on March 3rd.

    8/9/2019 Case transfer to NBC notice received
    8/24/2019 Biometrics appointment 09/05/2019

    9/16/2019 Interview Ready for Schedule
    9/17/2019 Interview Scheduled
    9/21/2019 Interview scheduled for October 28th
    10/17/2019 EAD approved
    10/24/2019 EAD/AP received
    10/28/2019 Interview Completed
    11/25/19 New card being produced

    Same situation. My I-140 was filed on Feb 25 and I did not receive a notice. I have read that for the I-140 the filler (the company) is the one that receives the notice.

      I received the receipt notice on May 15th. USCIS sends it to your personal and attorney's addresses. Hope it helps
