Hi,
I'm filling out the I-140 form now. I'm planning to petition myself under EB1-A Exceptional Talent. There is a section on the I-140 called "Certification" where I have to check one of the three options:
1) National Interest Waiver
2) Schedule A - Group I
3) Schedule A - Group II
I know Group I is out. But what is Schedule A Group II? If I'm filing a petition for myself under theEB1-A Exceptional Ability, I don't have to check the National Interest Waiver correct? Kindly advise asap thanks.
