Hi everyone, I have a tricky situation here and need your suggestions.
I am working in an Indian IT company that raised my H1B in 2013, so I went to US in 2014 January, I was there till 2019 March. While working in US, my company initiated GC process for me.
But long story short due to some compliance issues, they sent 50 employees including me back to India. My Company had withdrawn my H1B in Sept 2019 but my GC still is in process. In early October my PERM got approved and they filed I140 for me.
So currently I am in a withdrawn H1B state with Approved PERM with I140 Filed. Can I travel to US again with my approved I140? What are the options I have to travel to USA and work there again?
