Port of Priority Date

Hello,
I have a approved I-140 which was filed EB3 category with company A. Now with company B, I have got my PERM approved and my attorney is planning to file on EB2 category.

- In which stage my OLD Priority Date can be ported(whether while filing I-140 or I-485) ?
