Hi Friends,
My employer applied I-140 in EB2 category in Dec'2007 but I got approval in EB3 category in June 2008. The mistake I had done was I didn't see the category in approval for long time. In 2009 November I have seen that and then my attorney appealed for it and he told me it will take 2 months max. But so far I did not get any response from USCIS.
Please let me know if any of you guys faced the same situation.
