RFE after Approval Notice

Can USCIS issue a RFE after the approval of an I-140 Petition?

Received a RFE approximately 2 weeks after the Approval Notice was received. Is there any authority for this or can the rfe by rejected on the basis of the previously issued Approval Notice?

RFE after I-140 Approval

I am in same position as per one post here....Can RFE be issued after I-140 has been approved. Employment not changed.
