Hi,
I was working in the capacity of a manager ( for few years) before moving to US on L1B blanket (no reasons though should have done L1A). Recently, during first renewal I moved to L1A individual. I continue to work as manager.
My question is can I not apply for EB1C if I moved from L1B to L1A? Is USCIS rejecting EB1C applications if person has moved from B to A? I’m getting not so good responses, and that’s why not going ahead with the process. Please help!
