i had applied for my GC inJULY of 2002 and i got my labor approved , in OCT 04 i have applied for I140 AND 485 together and in NOV 04 applied for an EAD for my SPOUSE NOT for myself cause i wanted to remain in H1 status
but now i have heard that for H1 extension u have to go to ur home country
just for safer side i wanted to apply for an EAD for myself too is it possible to apply in year 2005 will that have any effect on my processing i understand by this retro thing my processing will be delayed
i also understand that using ur EAD Changes ur status i wouldnt want to change my status immediately is it ok to apply for an EAD IN YEAR 2005 and keep
