Documents for green card birth certificate

Hi,

We do need to submit our birth certificte for green card....I have a problem
I have my mothers name on birth certificate( who is no more)...And since my father remarried..My step mothers name is on my passport....will this create a problem....If so wht other documents do i need....

It simple logic its ur birth certificate. they are not hear to challenge ur parents inheritance. Even if they do, please tell them that ur natural mothers name is in the birth certificate & provide them evidence regarding ur dads remarriage.

To be frank this is not a issue as long as u have a birth certificate with the same name as given in PERM, I-140 & 485
