I-140 with current employer completed 6 months

Hi Team,

I have I-140 approved with my Current employer on Nov 2019 and completed 6 months with them. Planning to change my company but i am not sure if my new company can initiate PERM immediately.

Can you confirm whether my current employer can revoke/withdraw my I-140? If yes will it impact my H1B Visa status?
If my current company not revoking I-140, can i use this I-140 to renew H1B in the future with new company?

YES, this will absolve them of any liability with regards to your process

If yes will it impact my H1B Visa status?
YES - If the I-140 was approved less than 180 days
NO - If the I-140 was approved more than 180 days

If my current company not revoking I-140, can i use this I-140 to renew H1B in the future with new company?
> Does not matter if they revoke it or not. What matters is the timeline.
If the I-140 has been approved for atleast 180 days, then you as the applicant are eligible for the benefits indefinitely (H1 renewals, I-485, etc)
