I-140 how to confirm premium processing is active?

The law firm filed for premium processing of I-140 last week, but the case status online still just says "case was received in April." Is there a way to confirm that the premium processing is indeed happening? I'm worried because my H1-B six years is ending in a couple of weeks, and need this approved in time. Thanks!

You can tell if Premium Processing was applied if the case received date updates from May to sometime in June. In other words, the case received date will be identical as to when Premium Processing is applied.
