Hi,
I have two I-140's one from 2013 from my first employer and second from 2017 from my 2nd employer. I quit my job from the second employer few months back. Now recently i see that they withdraw the I-140 although it is past 180 days from being approved. So in this case, will my first I-140 can still be used to extend or transfer my H1B or is it only based on the second I-140.
