I have 13 years of exp, in IT 8 years which is good to apply labor/I-140 through EB2. But my attorney says to apply EB2 job title in H1 should be "Software Engineer" and the salary structure also should be different. Right now my job title is "Business System Analyst", with this title can I go for EB2. Please advise.
