I 140 paperwork

Hi all

I am just about to apply for my I 140. My PERM just got approved.
My attorney tells me I need my pay stubs and W2 for this but this wont reflect the pay that my Green card promises to pay me when I get it. My current pay is lesser than what I will get if my GC comes through. Will this be a problem?

It shouldn't be. You are required to provide W2 and current pay stubs. As long as you provide what it required, there shouldn't be any problems.
