Can employer filed another I-140 through in same category?

Hi ,

My I-140 was denied in 2019, we filed Motion to reopen more than a year back.

There is not update on the motion to reopen.

Does anyone know , can i file another I-140 through same employer in same category?

You may file. But, I am not sure about same category.. Better, you can have a discussion with Immigration Attorney then proceed ahead.
