EAD pending - contract to hire possible?
Hi,
I am curently waiting for EAD approval. I have job enquiries for full-time jobs but cannot accept (they are not corp-to-corp). My GC company says that they can work with contract-to-hire positions. Not sure how this situation works out... Can I accept permanent employment (contract-to-hire) with a contract company while my GC is in process with my current GC sponsor?
