Dear All,
I am working on H1b Visa in Atlanta . H1b Max out date is Jan 2022 and my Current Visa is expiring on June 2020. I will be filing for H1b Extension around March 2020. My company has also started perm processing for me and currently it is in Perm Labor Market Test. Currently my company is planning to relocate me to Sioux falls location to work on a new project. Relocation will happen sometime in Feb 2020.
Considering my H1b Extension which is due for June 2020 and my on-going perm process, does the relocation could cause any negative impact to both of these process ?
I am very much confused and not sure what to decide. Any guidance would be much appreciated. Thanks !!!
