First Names don't match in I-140 & I-485

Hello!

My first name is Kiran Kumar(name changed) and my last name is ABCDEF.

My lawyer filed my I-140 application in October 2019, with first name as Kiran and middle name as Kumar which is wrong, and filing my I-485 application with correct first name as Kiran Kumar.

They both are not filed concurrently, my i140 is still under review, and my i-485 application will be filed by end of this month. All my EAD cards, visa extensions have my correct first name.

Does the mismatch in names in two different applications generate an RFE?
