SAI. I-140 Approved. Promotion. SAME company
Hi,
I just got my I-140 approval (Priority Date July, 2009).
My company is now offering me a new position as Manager in a specialized product. The job nature is mostly the same and the company is ready to give letters of job descriptions for the new postion to include all the responsibilities of my previous job for which I-140 is approved.
Can I take the new position? If yes, what additional documentation would be needed to be submitted to USCIS? Could the acceptance of the new job cause additional delays or scrutiny?
