I 140 Receipt from USCIS- Employer did not shared

Hello-

My I 140 is applied like 4 months ago and My employer is not doing in premium processing and also he is not sharing the Receipt, I called USCIS once but no luck, Is there any way I contact them and get the receipt number atleast. Please advise. Thank you

You have all the rights to get all the details which is related to immigration through your Employer.. Please contact Immigration Attorney directly to get the details, if possible.
Other than this, If you call to USCIS and share your requirement, they will surely help to get the details.
