I140 notice name truncated

My first name has 13 characters including a space. My I 140 approval
has only the name before the space (7 characters) and the rest is not there.
Last name is displayed correctly.

My H1B records has the first name including the space.

Is this is an issues? If yes how do i resolve it - is there an amendment facility?
