Hi All,
If the PERM approval with new employer takes more than 22 months, can I still file an H1-B extension since my I-140 was approved with the last employer ? OR
Do I need to go back to home country if PERM approval does not come through in 22 months ?
Thanks in advance !
- I have an approved I-140 for Employer A.
- I recently changed jobs, have an approved H1-B with the new employer B. The H1-B is valid for about 22 months
- I have initiated the PERM transfer process.
