motion to re-open / reconsider

my I-140 was denied (and so I -130, of course) and i filled for MOTIC (motion to re-open). does anyone know how long it takes and how successful is to get a positive answer to this kind of petition? what happen next? any such experience anyone?

Have you heard anything about your case?

I guess they normally say 30-60 days.
At many posts I find it takes about 6 months.
