Hello all,
I have a certified perm in EB2 category and now ready to file for I 140 soon. I have B.com degree from Bangalore university and a 2 year Post graduate in MBA. My initial course by course evaluation showed me as an equivalent to a US masters. I was a bit surprised that I got this eval but didnt argue it. So we applied PERM in EB2 category with masters as the min. qualification.
Now just before filing my I 140, my lawyer thought it might be a good idea to get a second eval. and now i think its Trusteforte says they can not give me a US equivalent masters. My lawyers said she is going to check with a few other eval. companies can support our case. My lawyer also showed me a response from AAO that said that if we can substantiate that my 2 yr. MBA is equal to a US MBA then they will forgo the 3 yr degree.
I am still waiting to hear from them, but I dont know if it makes sense to file the I 140 or go ahead with a new PERM in Eb3 category.
Any inputs would be appreciated.
