EB1C GC Sponsorship timelines and processes.
Hello Experts,
I have my I-140 approved (EB2 category) a while back (Priority Date : JAN 2018) and I am currently working in India for a MNC company in a managerial capacity. I will be sponsored with L1A individual VISA soon and I will be landing in USA right after the current ban lift-off.
Having said that, please suggest the ideal time and processes involved to instigate my EB1C GC prospects ? Since I have my I-140 approved already, can the conversion to EB1C category be kickstarted soon enough ?
