Need advice..
Hi everyone,
I am currently in the US under a R J-1 student exchange visa and am an intern of a marketing company. I talked to them about possibly staying in the US and they are willing to sponsor if needed, but I am wondering if I qualify for submitting an I-140 application.
Do I need any specialized skills to qualify? I have been in college for the past 5 years. Would I need to be in a different job position before I can qualify? Also, what petition type would I fall under? I'm guessing it would be either "an alien of exceptional ability" or "any other worker" but I'm not quite sure...
Also, if I do qualify for an I-140, do I need to submit any other forms such as an I-485?
