  • G639 to get i140 approval notice copy

    Hi All,

I have an approved i140 and my employer is not sharing receipt number or approval notice. I looked up and filing G639 seems to be the solution to get the approval notice. If I file G639 will my employer be alerted ? I am worried that they may get alerted and revoke my I140

    Hi,
No. it will not be notified to your Employer. Moreover, you are beneficiary. So you have a rights to file and get the things done. if you feel that, they may withdraw in any situation, Please make sure to stick with them for 180 days of I-140 filing. If you continue Employed with them for 180 days and they have not withdrawn your I-140 then you will be good afterwards. Even if they withdrawn, it will not affect in any way and you can utilize the full benefits of I-140.
    Thanks
