I140 Approved document VS Approved Stamped I 140 Application Document

My employer A is not sharing the approved I140 document but via FOIA/PA-USCICS request i got the application of I140 document with approved stamp, date and number, by using stamped I140 Application document can i transfer from my H1B and apply for extension when i move from company A to B ?

Hi Member,
Yes. If your I-140 got approved beyond 180 days then you can go ahead and look for another offer. Your new Employer can file H1B transfer+ Ext petition with then help of I-140 Approval.
