Where to file I-485 and I-131? CIS makes it confusing!
My I-140 just got approved. Now where should i file my I-485 and I-131? There is a notice on the CIS website saying that I-485 (family based only) and I-131(all I131?) should be sent to Chicargo starting Dec 1st 2004. Since mine is not family based, I assume that my I-485 should still go to Vermont which covers my residence area? and if I want to file my I-131 together with I-485, it must go to Vermont as well, I guess? But that would be conflicting with the web notice, which says I-131 goes to Chicargo...
I am absolutely confused. I'm hoping that you could help me out with this question?
