    Kazarian Delay?

    Hello

    Does anyone know if USCIS is still processing EB1 I-140s in view of the kazarian ruling and the USCIS interim guidance?

    Any ideas on when the new guidelines kick in and are they retrospective (if so to what date)?

    Comments on possible impact also welcome.
