I-140 Petition Approval

Hi, Any foreseeable issues for I-140 petition Approval if we have NOT gotten H1b Visa stamping during the 6 year period?

Hi,
Could you please explain your question clearly.
But as per my understand, here is my response.
If you have maintained your status during H1B period then you will not have issues. Please note, stamping is entry pass. Once you enter to USA and have not left the country for certain period then you dont require to go for stamping unless you have any travel plan to leave country and re enter.
