I-140 amendment for location change

My I-140 got approved last year March 2020 with Priority Date Sep 2019. On my approved petition the Work Site Location has my company headquarters location New Jersey instead of my current work location Florida. Now my employer mentioned they need to do I-140 amendment for updating the correct location.
Is the processing time for amendment is same as normal I-140.
Between can i change my employer or do i need to wait for 180 days.

Any suggested much appreciated.

Do you have a I485 pending? Wait 180 days from when? I thought you 140 was approved last March so what 180 days are you waiting for?

You have a unique case so I am not sure of the answer. Typically the 180 day requirement is for the I485 to change jobs - nothing to do with the 140. Some companies have a policy of revoking the 140 if you change jo bs within 180 days but again thats not a USCIS requirement. I think an amended petition would count as a reapproval so your 180 day may reset for your company...to be on the safe side you should stay with them for 180 days after approval.
