Hi All,
I have a question and thought I can get some information here. So this is my situation.
My company (A) sponsored I140 and it was approved with PD of May 2018. In March 2021, Company (B) acquired our company (A) and now Company B has field an amendment to my I140. But I am looking for a job change now and my H1b will be maxed out in August 2022.
So my question is, will my I140 be revoked , if I switch jobs when amendment is in progress or if it approved ?
