July 27th 2021 I140 Filer at the NSC. Still no approval. Same status - Case received. I485 transferred from NBC to NSC. Case status of I485 unchanged for many months. i485 filed 18th Oct'21.
EAD approved and card delivered. AP shows fingerprint taken statusComment

If you had submitted your medicals along with the 485, there is a very good chance that you will directly get your GC instead of EAD.Originally posted by L1A_asp View Post

well...still nothing. I'm confused about which part of transferring my case to 'speed up processing' has actually sped anything up ????♂️
1 more week and it will have been 16 months since I submitted my applicationEB1C (approved I-140)

04/02/21 - Day 60 - NOA Received for I-485, I-131, I-765
04/02/21 - Day 60 - Transfer to Nebraska
06/29/21 - Day 147 - Fingerprints Taken
10/01/21 - Day 242 - EAD/AP Combo Card in hand
07/07/22 - Day 521 - Transfer to Missouri
07/13/22 - Day 527 - RFE for new I-693
08/03/22 - Day 548 - New I-693 sent
08/22/22 - Day 567 - New Card is being produced!!!!Comment

No i dint get any RFE....I had an RFE experience with My l1A extn in 2018 and had attached very exhaustive list of mangerail duties and used the same for I140 or may be my I-140 was handled by someone who dint feel the need for RFE....I believe they asked emails for u ....i havdnt attached any emails though...Hang in there..ur approval is come soon. They have promosed to make cycles shorter, seems they will approve soon to clear backlogs.
I am worried for my EAD as my spouse is dependent on the same. My last L1A extn is in paper work and I-539 takes around 11 months...So i NEED this EAD or GC before Oct end.We had a very tough situation in 2019-2020 with job loss due to his EAD stuck in processing.
