Hi ,
I have PD of June 2016 but am going to change my employer now. The new employer will start GC process after 1 year from now. I have a couple of questions
1. What if I am not able to get my PERM approved and my PD becomes current. Will I have to leave the country?
How late I can file I485 if i miss my PD (assuming PERM or PWD is pending with new employer)
2, Can I get my H1B extended even if my PD becomes current using I-140 (from my previous employer) until I get I-140 approved with my current employer?
