I have an approved I-140 in EB3 with July 2017 as the priority date with a previous company A. (Indian national)
I have a 3 years bachelor's degree.
The job profile was a engineer/developer. I had 10+ years of experience before joining company A.
I moved from senior engineer to product management role after 2 years and then spent 3 years in product role.
Last year I joined another company B as a Product Manager
The job requirement asked for minimum 3 year of experience as a PM.
Before joining company I basically had 15+ years of overall experience.
Now company B is filing for Prevailing wage determination and then PERM/I-140.
My question is can the company B file PERM/I-140 in EB2?
What is the criteria for filing under EB2?
