Can I140 approved person travel in H4?

Hi,

My spouse employer applied I-140 some years back and it also got approved in oct, 2008, Her process is in idle now due to retrogression, Now i am planning to travel in H1B and my spouse in H4 visa.

My question is: Will it affect my spouse process and status if she comes in H4?

No. As GC is for future employment. Abili8ty to pay comes during I140 and if I140 is approved, no issues as long as she maintains valid status.
