I want to share my experience with i140 denial. Hope this can help others in similar situation. My i140 was denied due to incorrect EB category. My attorney quickly refiled but got rejected twice. The third time was finally accepted by selecting part 4 number 9 (original PERM was filed for another I140). You have to select it otherwise i140 would be rejected at mailroom. We then waited 3 weeks to file PP. this 3 weeks is to give USCIS time to retrieve original PERM from archive. I140 was then approved 1 week later.
