Approved i-140 benefits
Hi all, I have currently my I-140 approved and priority date is Sept 2018 applied through XXX company.
I have to go back to my native country and would be leaving my job with XXX company.
I have 2 questions
1. If I am willing to come back to after 5 years, does my approved i140 will help my new YYY company to apply my visa?
2. If in these 5 years, priority date becomes current, would I also be eligible to apply for PR from my native country?
