Hi Guys, I got my EAD and SSN based on i-140 filed by my own company. What are the next steps my company should take after my EAD and SSN approval? Should my company hire me immediately? or should it wait for my i-140 approval? any other steps my company should take? thanks

B1 is a non-immigrant visa & does not allow switching to work visa without filing COS (Change of Status) from B1 to L1/H1.
Also, COS "should" not be filed within 90 days of your entry into USA.
Better you wait for your I-140 to be approved before you actually start working for your own company.- I am not an Attorney, hence not giving any legal advice. Just sharing MY opinion with an intent to help others.
