Hello peeps,
1. I'm currently in the U.S. on an H1-B.
2. I apply for I-140 and received my Case Number from NVC and it starts with "MNL" which stands for Manila Consulate.
3. I understand from research that "MNL" will be the overseas embassy or the consulate where the case for immigrant visa will be forwarded and processed.
My question is, would I have to go back to Manila to continue processing my GC application (I-485)?
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
