I got my Labour approved.
My wife is not in USA for the last 2 years. ( I got married 3 years back in India) as she is studying in UK. her eduction will be completed by DEc 20th 2010.

Now I want to apply for I-140.
should my Wife be in the country?
At what stage in GC should we add my WIFE?
do u suggest me to do Premium I-140 processing (or) regular I-140.
If it is premium how many days will it take?
How much should I pay...

She need not be in the US during the I140. You just have to mention the name in the I140 stage. It is to apply for I485 that you need the applicant in US for an adjustment of status.
