Hi all
My situation below - I can't asked the company attorney for obvious reasons.
My I-140 was approved in April 2008 - I am in the E3 category - year 5 of my H1B
I have been with this company for nearly 5 years and I have now for some unknown reason started experiencing an hostile work environment created by the owner/CEO of the company. I have done the 3rd party discussions and every thing I can think off to resolve the issue but I have come to the conclusion that nothing I say/do can resolve the issue.
Needless to say I need to consider the fact that its time for me to move on. I know I can port my PD as long as the new sponsor does everything including the labor for a similar position.
Questions:
1. Do I have to stay in the same state or can I work for another sponsor in a different state?
2. How much more difficult is the PERM labor cert now? In 2008 it was very quick and easy.
Thanks in advance.
