I have a question regarding my Approved I 140. My I 140 was approved in NOV 2009 through employer A. I transferred my h1 to employer B in may 2010. My 6 years of H1 B is getting over in Jan 2012. My new employer B has not yet applied for perm or I 140. If my previous employer A withdraws my approved I140 petition, Can I apply for my 7th year extension?

And also i have approved I 140 since almost a year now, can my previous employer A withdraws the I140 ? I have not applied for I485 yet.

The questions is "If my previous employer withdraw/revoke approved I140, can my new employer extend my H1 for the next 3 years? I am in my 6th year of h1 now."
