Company relocating after having applied for I 140

My company applied for my I 140 in March and we will be moving offices in May 2011. If the I 140 gets approved and we inform USCIS about the new address, will be have to restart PERM again? Will the change in address create any problems in terms of having to restart the whole process again?

Is the move local or across to a different state? If local, no issues.

The move is local. Same state about 30 miles from the current location
